Based in South Wales, we understand that many businesses don’t have the resources for an in‑house HR team, and that’s where we come in. We provide accessible, affordable HR support designed to help every organisation thrive.

Founder & HR Consultant

Sofie is a People Partner and HR Consultant specialising in supporting start ups and small businesses without in house HR expertise. She helps build confident, compliant, people‑first cultures through pragmatic guidance, clear communication, and solutions that make organisations stronger.

With a background in strategic partnering and a passion for empowering others, Sofie brings calm, clarity, and actionable insight to every client relationship.

As a trustee for a charity supporting neurodiverse children and their families, she champions inclusive and accessible approaches in the workplace. Sofie partners with organisations that want to grow responsibly and create environments where people truly thrive.
