  • We aim to respond to all queries within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday) dependant on which retainer you have. In most cases, you’ll hear back from me much sooner, but this window ensures you always receive thoughtful, accurate, and legally sound advice.

  • We offer pre‑arranged out‑of‑hours support for matters that could lead to significant risk if delayed (such as suspensions, serious misconduct, or safeguarding concerns). Simply contact me, and I’ll prioritise the situation.
